stratch

Got a Pretty Nice Scratch on my car During this Snow Storm!!!! Any Ideas on what i can do to touch it up???

i'm sure there are others that have gotten scratch on their car this snow storm...including me..look for color code of your car and get touch up paint..

Depends on how deep/big the scratch is.

A "scratch" could mean a light scratch that can be compounded out or it could mean a deep digging scratch that needs work on it and might not compound out.

unless you dont want any clearcoat on your car anymore.

rubbing compound doesn't take off the clearcoat. I believe it's used to eliminate small scratches and deposits that harden on ur paint. After the compound though, u must wax though.

you do as you wish...however I HAVE SEEN it happen to my friends car so....

i think you might be thinking of POLISHING compound. i think that is supposed to take out very small scratches.

but if you are looking for anything to work on your car's paint with make sure it says CLEAR COAT SAFE on the bottle.

I am thinking of using Nissan Touchup paint to cover the scratch. What you guys think?
