what do you mean "kill" my car? if by kill you mean acceleration, then yes it will make you slower.

Yes it will make you slower but you won't notice unless you're racing with them. Yes you will have a bumpier ride.
But no it will not hurt or kill your car.

Well, I have 56lbs 18's-

I would much rather have 30lb 19's

You get used to it I guess, once you get going its ok, I think off the line you feel slower cause you gotta get them turning..

Yours weigh 56lbs with tires, am I right? He has 30lb rims without tires, am I right? Since you want 19s I guess you are NOT into performance. Huge, heavy wheels will hurt your, well EVERYTHING. Gas mileage, spedometer will be off a bit(more than smaller wheels I guess), acceleration, ride quality they will all suffer...

Oh yeah, Ooops..

Flooring your car will hurt is as well- lots of things do..

But it will be fine with the rims.. put them on and be happy with the look since thats what you want, if your getting 19's..

well its a good question if you drop the rims from anything above 3 stories and it lands on the engine compartment yes its very possible that it could kill your car. probably hurt the rims as well. but why would you want to do this. i dont think insurance covers that.not sure though. just be sure to put tires on the rims and it probably will not hurt your car. just accelaration.
