Mudflaps/splash guard question

I have a 97 SE 5sp. I'm picking the car up saturday (so technically I don't have it). It doesn't have splash guards and I know they're good to have because living in the NorthEast, rust will eventually form where salt/grime gets kicked up. Did Nissan sell maximas with body color mudflaps (or splashguards if you want to call them that) or were they all black? I've only seen flat black ones on a few maximas. If they only ever came in black, I'll buy 4 plus mounting hardware from anyone.

WTF, thats a steal!

unpainted mudflaps on the org go for roughly 50 dollars shipped. To paint mudflaps with flex paint and all that other good sh*t so it dont break up after nasty bumps and rubbing, your looking at ATLEAST 60+ dollars and thats if u get lucky, normally to paint these go for around 125 and up...how do i know? i'm still looking for cheapest spot to get my flaps painted

i bought mudguards on the org for 50. i paid 50 to get them painted by my body/paint guy.
all in all satisfied. $100 thats all you need dude.

actually if sterlingmist came in a duplicolor can, i would jus do it myself. or get it mixed in a can for like $12 bucks and do it yourself. sand it up, prime it, spray it a few times.
youre set if your color comes premixed, mine does not.

i never scraped my guards on speed bumps or anything.
