reverse indiglo gauges

reverse indiglo gauges
ok i have a problem, i'm putting in reverse indiglo gauges in my 97 maxima, and now my needles don't work, is there a certain way to put the needles back on, or am i not supposed to take the needles off. please help soon

your not realy soposed to take them off , at least i didn't i used these instructions from maximadriver. http://www.seas.ucla.edu/%7Echeston/...loinstall.html

no need to remove the needles just slip them over also i did my friends max and his needles didn't move either at first but i found out that the back of the needle was hitting the face of the gauge. so i shaved the back of the needles down and now they work perfectly try that look by the hole and see if they get stuck.

i'd definately check the fuse like they said...
in my case though, the connection wasn't secure in the back, so double check all the connections and plugs are in and good. also, maybe the middle is touching the base of the needles and not allowing them to move? like, they're stuck completely cuz the gauges aren't flat.
goodluck fixing them and enjoy when you're done, i wish i went the reverse indiglo route.
