No reason to remove the needles for reverse or regular indiglos. They are designed to fit over the needle, hence the large hole in the center of the gauge.

no need to remove the needles just slip them over also i did my friends max and his needles didn't move either at first but i found out that the back of the needle was hitting the face of the gauge. so i shaved the back of the needles down and now they work perfectly try that look by the hole and see if they get stuck.

you must of done something wrong , when i put my gauges on the needle was the same distance away form the face, the indiglo gauges are the same thickness as the stock ones.

i'd definately check the fuse like they said...

in my case though, the connection wasn't secure in the back, so double check all the connections and plugs are in and good. also, maybe the middle is touching the base of the needles and not allowing them to move? like, they're stuck completely cuz the gauges aren't flat.

goodluck fixing them and enjoy when you're done, i wish i went the reverse indiglo route.
