PaceSetter VS B&M

just wondering about those two short shifters. i read that PaceSetter is good and is adjustable, but B&M is the best so far. how short is B&M compared to % of PaceSetter? does heat shield need to be bent for B&M?

pacesetter in general seems to make less than quality parts IMO.

i am getting the B&M soon and i will post what i find. b&m is a big name and has made quality shifters for a long time.

I just had the B&M installed on my 5thgen.. I had to bend the heat shield down the middle. Don't know if you 4thgen guys need to though. The B&M is not adjustable but to me it looks the same height as the pacesetter on it's lowest setting.. I'm guessing because there used to be like 1 1/2 inch gap between the shift boot and the ****. Now it's only 1/2".. The throws are shorter and to me it feels easier to shift. You can feel the gearbox more.
