When you add these ridiculous flashy kits to it, it ruins the class and integrity of the entire car, and puts it in the "honduh" category. Body kits can only add a certain amount of aggressiveness before it gets to be overkill. That's just my opinion though, I know a lot of you feel differently.

well said, couldn't agree with you more...

kit 1 (gtr_rider)

I agree with UNCdood and would like to see this kit or something similar to it.

I think the front of the max already looks good- so just a lip will look fine on it. But the back, doesn't look quite as nice.. I think that is why people like to change the back out with sarona..

The perfect kit would be smooth, subtle lines.. a little agressive but when I say agressive, an example would be the difference in the 95-96 and 97-99 max's.. when you compare those the 97-99 looks more agressive but still real nice and clean.

I don't know about that design. That's a WRX front bumper design. I'm trying to picture that bumper without the fog lights and it's just not working for me.

Also... when I said a lip kit it will be a full front bumper and rear bumper replacement with the lips molded onto a stock looking front bumper. If we made only a lip kit it would only be available for either 95-96 or 97-99. I'm trying to keep the options open for all years of the 4th gen.

I really like the stillen kit because it is close to stock. It looks stylish but still sporty. Keep something simaler to that.

me neither, all tose small designs are too much, we just need something nice and plain, no oval sh*t...i think a square type kit might be best...the maximazero 5th gen kit (white max) looks real good, soemthing like taht in 4th gen might be best...nice, plain, to the point..sweet

I'm feeling that C-West design too... now that I'm looking at it more closer now. Hopefully this will be the road we go down. Let me just try to find the rear bumper for it.

a square kit on a mostly rounded body car? i don't think that'll flow well with the rest of the car.

Ok... I got a pic of the C-West rear for the IS300 and I edited the post above with the links. I dunno about those vents in the bumper... consider those shaved off.

Also... I don't know but... the 4th gen maxima doesn't seem too rounded to me. I mean yeah... compared to the 3rd gen... the 4th gen is rounded. But the 5th gen is a lot more rounded.

I'll see if I can get someone to photoshop the C-West style kit tommorrow. I'm interested to see how it would look... on a 4th and 5th gen too.

u knoe...it doesnt' matter wat the poll says...even if u make a moderate designed kit...if the design is not to the buyers taste then they wouldn't buy it...if the peep voting this poll doesn't buy after the kit is produce then u will lose money...but i hope it's a tasteful design and good quality and good fitment along w/ good pricing..i will buy...

i would just like to add that you should make sure the bumper is thick enough. abs flexes a lot and im just worried about chipping paint.

What i think would go nicely would be Stillen front, Skyline/Sarona sides and then Skyline rear

I like that type of back, not like the stillen or ionic...if anything the sides should get the most designs for. if anyone ever wanted to go crazy on a design, do it on the side skirts...the front, well its plain but not sure how this happy face lip is gonna look on a maxima
