My newest mod (pics)

I FINALLY was able to work on my car today. I got my O2 sensors changed and I was able to complete my latest mod. The first time I did it, it was so bad I didn't want to show anyone. This time, it's definitely done right.

I smoked out my bumper lights with a tedious process that seemingly hides them well and might be a relatively new mod. I've only seen one other person with it and he used a smoked tint like stuff to do his.

I also made my cornering lights (parking lights) alternate with my blinker while unplugging the side marker. I like it, do you?

Pics are here

it's creative, i like the idea. you should do the same to your rear if you haven't already to keep the theme consistent

I sure did. I flipped the 1157's back around to "dull" instead of rewired and all my blinking problems went away. It works as it should now and I found out that you can't rewire your blinkers like this if you have your corners wired already.

Thanks for the compliments all. I'm not going to tint the tails for 2 reasons. 1. Once you wet sand your lights, you're in it for the long haul. There's no going back unless you hate it and just decide to clear coat them. 2. I think I'm going to get the Gen2 Gunmetal Altezza's. I never thought I would like Altezza's, but after seeing them in person, I think the gunmetal ones look sweet. They actually have some curves to them and aren't flat and dull like the Gen1's and our stock taillights.
