the fuse box is to the left of the steering wheel under the dash, there is fuse map to tell you which one is the signal. Niether turn signal would work if the fuse is out.

If the other side blinker works, then its not your fuse.
You should go to the blinker stalk and test for current going to that blinker. The best thing you should do is get a wiring diagram for the blinkers and you will be able to figure where to test the circuit

try this but i donno...

change to higher voltage (such as 15A or 20A) maybe it'll work... i did this setup to my tail, it was originally 7.5A and it kept blowing my bulbs and my fuses... i changed it to 20A and now it's workin fine...

give it a shot =)

IT blink fast because the bulb is out, its giving you a warning so you know why its blinking fast. Are you using after market bulbs?

Ok i see, i had similar problem, but this was with indoor lights thats on the door. i replace the bulb with a after market bulb. and it stop working. and i did anything i could. i took multimeter to the car and check for voltage nothing. i thought may be i burned the wire or something. i had to take to dealer. they replaced a moduale in the door. which brings power to the light. i am not saying this is your case. but check it with multimeter. somethimes you could get a signal reading from it. if you dont get anything. there has to be with some type of relay or module box. good luck to you.....
