Redline MT90?
I was just wondering if I should change my tranny oil to redline. I live in Virginia and the temps vary at different times of the year and redline says that if I live in an area that doesn't reach above 86 degrees farenheit, then I should use it. What do you guys think and how many quarts do i need to just drain and fill my tranny? I have a 98 Se 5spd. Thanks in advance

Correct me if I'm wrong someone, but I thought the MTF or something was for real cold weather areas and the MT-90 was for everywhere else. I live in Mass. and I put in the MT-90 and I love it. The transmission shifts nice and smooth no matter if it's 0 degrees and the car just started or if I have been driving for an hour in warm weather. I think for just a drain and fill it was like 4 3/4 quarts. You can't mess up by putting in too much if you follow the directions correctly (any extra will flow out before you plug it back up). Good luck.
