For 1800 with all of that damage and mileage i don’t think its worth it. try to negotiate with the seller.

OK HERES THE DEAL I GOT HIM TO LOWER THE PRICE TO $1400 AND IT IS DRIVABLE CUZ HE TOOK IT TO THE DEALER TO GET A COST OF HOW MUCH ITS GONNA BE WORTH TO FIX THE CAR. THEY TOLD HIM $1900 THAT WHY I WAS THINKING OF JUST GETTING THE PARTS AT A JUNKYRD OR SOMETHING.

Did you drive the car your self, did he just told you that he drove the car to the dealer. make sure you go and start it and see how it runs. i would say if you really want the car tell him you will pay him 1200 all together for the car. and that set. check for engine leaks and other stuff. because that high mileage you probebly need major tune up. he probebly didnt do anything to the car. since it was was in accident. ask him how long the car is sitting there. see if snow and rain got into the car. then you might have rust to deal with later on. good luck to you...
