Strut Bearing Seized often

What could cause to seize the strut bearing in so little time, the Stealership just replaced both of them on my I30 a week ago and the crank-crunk-crank noise is again at the top of one of my strut towers, I bet the strut bearing is seized again, but I need to know what is causing that, the labor and parts have a 12 month or 12,000 miles warranty, at least, so next saturday my car will be at the dealership again but I need to know what can cause a strut bearing to seize so fast !

My bet goes to an incorrectly installed bearing by your stealership.

If you happen to look at the bearing, it's actually cheaply made. I was told at a Nissan dealership that they usally don't last that long at all. Over time, (or should I say soon), the strut bearing cracks from the struts riding on these, and then soon enough the grease wears out and then the rest is history---"clunk, clunk"!
