My car is dropped with maxspeeds(i dont know if i could call it a drop) but i still have a moderate amount of wheel gap. Im wondering if I can goto a bigger tire size. I have 17" rims with 7" width. I currently have 215 kumhos on them. Whats the biggest tire size i can go with my rims?

When people get aftermarket rims the overall diamater stays the same. Otherwise you have to recalibrate your speedometer.
Just calculate the overall diamter for a stock wheel and play around with numbers for aftermarket ones. For 18' you would want 235/40/R18 for instance. 20' I *think* is something like 245/35/R20.
