Any one Know how safe is Power Flush & Prime for Engine Oil Systems?

Any one Know how safe is Power Flush & Prime for Engine Oil Systems?
I have recently done Power Flush for my engine. and i was wondering if thats good or bad for engine? they told me at the dealer its diffinitly good for the engine. but now im thinking it could be bad.

i thought may be it would damage some parts inside the engine because of the chemical they use. Who knows I paid 119 dollar for the engine flush.
