y pipe

Will a budget y pipe off a 99 fit a 96 ?

It "should" say it on the tag, inside your front driver's side door. But, the best way to know is if your car is not in California....

no not in cali I am in Tx and if I am not fed spec will it not fit. I am looking at buying one from another max owner

Your car is a federal spec car. IF your car originated from California and was a 99, you would be a cali-spec car. I was mainly asking if the y-pipe was a cali or fed spec y-pipe. If it is a cali-spec y-pipe, it will not fit.......

LOL, I know that, but I was referring in general. I know that many cars, including mine, did not originate from the same state that they now precide in.
