whats the width? im guessing about 8? if so u could probably go 235/45/ with the tire and fill everything very well

na 45 is to much fo 19's , my boys has 18s with 245/40/so with 19s you might have to go 245/35.

that is like equivalent in terms of look to the 235/45, 10 mm less on the sidewall for 10 mm more on the width, either way you go its gonna be nice, if u have 8 inch width i'd recommend 235/45, the 245 will be a bit too wide IMHO, if they are 8.5 or larger go with the 245/45 combo, IMHO thats the best combo for ride comfort, which ur not gonna really be able to salvage with 19's anyway, and performance, depending on the weight of the 19's ur not going to be able to salvage that either

235/40, 235/35, 245/35 would all be fine. Preferably i would go with the 235/40s
