front left motor mount

Ive been getting this weird creeking sound from the front left of my car and couldnt find what it was. Today I was looking under the hood and noticed a piece of rubber on the motor mount that was crack and falling off. I was just wondering where this piece of rubber is supposed to be and if anyone else had this problem. Thanks

IT is important to replace that piece of rubber. that holding the motor in place. and that makes the car run smooth. so go to some good mechanic have them take the engine out and fix it for you.

That would damage some stuff i would recommend you replace it. let see what other will say. when you press the gas on yoru car. that rubber makes the engine stay in its place and be smooth. if the rubber is gone. your engine will move around and make noise and noise until the metal part get damage then yo have to spend more money.
