Magnetic car Bra

Has anyone tried the magnetic car bra that only covers the hood, not thebumper? Just wondering how it works, and if it looks good or not. I saw it on a web site.

Snake oil ! You just will get a lot of scratches at your front end, it will do more scratches than it will prevent !

I bought one last year but didn't like it. It had an ugly rubber mounting strip that had to be pressed on, all around the leading edge of the hood. Funny thing, none of their photos showed it.

Anyway, I don't see how it would create scratches if the bra was clean and applied to a clean car. It sticks pretty good, no air gap for dust or grit to get in there and start marring the finish. For $40 (or whatever it cost), it was worth the effort.

Ciao,
TOM

I saw a Pic of one and decided I didn't like it. It only covers the hood section, not fenders, so it looks odd. Thanks for info.
