Replace strut insulators with new struts?

I'm about to change my worn-out struts, and wondered if it's necessary to also replace the insulators at the top at the same time. Are these usually worn out, too?

Thanks.

It depends. The bearings in the front are usually worn, and depending on how bad, the mount can be worn as well. At least get new bearings.
