where to buy engine code diagnostic

Since the search function is down. Where is a good place to buy a scanner for my 95 SE? Would it also work on my wife's 96 nissan pickup? I think I'm OBDI and she's probably OBD II, but I'm not sure.

Dont buy a scanner. because they not always as acurate as your ECU(PCM). best thing to do invest 16-20 dollar and go to pepboys, or auto part store and get a Haynes Repair Manual, for Nissan Maxima 93-01. and do that. ECU in the car always gives the right codes.

Haynes Repair Manual Has all the codes for your car. its on page 6-6 of Haynes manual. which is chapter 6, page 6. good luck.

You don't need one

ECU fault code diagnosis http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....hreadid=104931 You can get the codes without the code diagnostic tool.
