New clutch?? where to look

New clutch?? where to look

hey i think im clutch is almost ready to go. I tested it the other day by doing the good old 5 gear drop. and its deff almost gone. but i have no idea if its worth upgrading or to just get an aftermarket replacement. do many of you 5 speed guys have upgraded clutches. give me some brands and price.

Most boosted ppl go with the ACT Street clutch.. If your not heavely modded then just stick with the stock one. But I hear the Excedy that they have out is better then stock but not as agressive as the ACT.

Check the GD forum.. I think there's a deal going on now... Installation will probably run you a few bills..

5 gear drop? whats that? excuse my ignorance.... i just got a 5 speed.

To test your clutch you can rev your engine wile moving. Then put it in 5th and drop your clutch. if your RPMs drop then your clutch is fine. But if your RPMs keep at the same level when you drop the clutch then your clutch is gone or one its way...
