Mesh inserts in the openings on the bumper...
Has anyone ever put mesh wire in those 2 big openings that are on the bumper. I was thinking of trying this, but Im not sure how it would look. Any pictures? Also, if I do this, what type of mesh should I use, and how would I go about securing it down?

Yes! These instructions are for '97-'99 but can be adapted for '95. Mesh is aluminum gutter guard that can be bought at your local Home Depot for $1.50 each or so. You'll need at least 2, plus tie-wraps, a side cutter, and bandages...

See here for my 95
I also have instructions for mesh in the fog openings(but you've got an SE so probably don't care).
No searchie, can't find the old thread...
Thanks to BlackCat!

Did it.... got the t shirt...etc etc.
did this about nine months ago.
Parts needed:
Gutter guard from Home Depot
Paint - I used a chrome paint
Cutters.... something to trim the gutter guard.
A little bit of patience..

Thanks for the comments guys. I saw last night that grille-tech made one, but IMO, it's not worth spending 50+ dollars on something like that when I can make it for 10

When I painted my grille I only put one layer of clear coat on. Now it's got chips and cracks in it. I gotta take the whole thing apart and do it again. I definately wont make that mistake again.
