Sprints and Tokico Blues a good idea??

Im looking to go lower and swap out my H&R's with some Sprints. I have Tokico blue struts that have around 70k on them. Please post if your running this setup or if ill be ok using them. And i do plan on cutting the rear coils of the sprints 2coils to even it out.

I also plan on buying new OEM dust boots, will i need to cut any bump stops off them??

thanks guys!

Sprints dont ride good with any strut. There to low and to bouncy and they don't handle well. They are a show only spring.

There are quite a few org members who have changed from Sprints to something else because of this as well.

There are also a few who like them too.

From my personal experience, I DO NOT recommend Tokicos and Sprints. I don't recommend Tokicos and anything actually.

Since you have so many miles already on your tokicos why don't you just go and get some enw AGX's? You'll love the ride with those over the Tokico's..

I agree tokico blues are only good for factory springs and maybe a eibach kit but thats pushing it.

I got Intrax and Tokicos on mine. I have auto-x it a few times and it handles well. I know it could be better, but a lot is dependent on my tire grip.

ny96max - Just depends on what your needs are.

Tok + Sprint=bouncy ride; from personal experience, any undulating pavement I hit sent my car into convulsions You'll want at least AGX to control the stiffness, but if you've got some cash to blow, I say go with full Motivational setup.

Sprints+AGX'S (on F1,R2 Setting)= I love the ride i do a lot of highway riding and the soft setting (i cut only 1 coil on my sprints might cut another one tho) is great nice and smooth not to much bounce. When i stiffen it up put the settings all the way up it's not to bad a little stiff but i like a little stiffer ride around town, it fun. Just my 02 cents. Brian
