Got a question for all of you. I drive a 1996 SE 5 speed with the mods below. My mileage is usually 26-28 MPG with mostly city/suburb driving. I drive conservatively 90% of the time. My brother has a 97 5-speed and is STOCK. He does not drive very aggressively; maybe a little more than me. But his mileage is maybe 20-22 MPG on a good day. I checked his ECU and it is clear. No faults. Could it just be vehicle variability or could my free-er flowing exhaust and intake system be making up the mileage that much? Thanks.
