5speed guys- question

for the shifter Support rod- the end that goes to the tranny, where exactly does it bolt up to? theres 2 holes at the end of the rod. Does it bolt to the tranny or engine or both? im trying to find which bolts I need to buy for my conversion. If anyone has under car pics that will help out alot. thanks

one bolt is short.. the other if memory serevges me right actally joins the tranny motor. u should see one of the bolt holes in the back of the tranny.. If u assemble the deal outside of the car w/ the shifter rod to the tranny as well u can patch it up.. the plate w/ the bolt hols goes up w/ the bolts almost on top of eachother.
