Insurance Company/Thieves

I am still having an ongoing battle with the insurance company about the payoff of my car. They offered $4400 first and said they didn't go by NADA prices. Then I got some adds showing how much it would cost to replace my car and the prices were way higher than NADA so now they are telling me that they go by NADA. So I have an appointment tuesday at Navy Legal. I neve thought that I would have this type of BS happen to me, and my insurance company is sitting on there *** doing nothing. So I am looking for some new insurance now also.

wow. It's been a week since I wrecked my car's front trying to save a deer , and I have minimum coverage so I was spared the pain and distress of facing the insurance robbers.

It's much easier if you keep your car and then decide which aftermarket upgrade you should put in to replace the broken OEM...

those insurance thieves are worse than organized crime/Russian mafias
wish you the best.

NADA is about $4400 but they told me at first that they did not use NADA. So the ads I faxed had cars with more mileage than mine and were more expensive then they say they go by NADA. He even said that the $4400 included the reimbursement for TT &T. So they are actually offering around $3900. THe insurance company is the other guys. THey are Windsor out of Atlanta so if any of you guys have insurance through them I suggest you find something better. I found documents on the net where they even got over on there own clients.

Fight them. If you have replacent value insurance, all you have to do is prove the what an identical car like yours will cost to replace. They always try to lowball the insured, and expect you not to fight them.
