can Ypipe Flex Section get damaged?

i just recieved my Ypipe yesterday(Budget), and i just lloking at it and wondering, can the flex section get damaged in anyway? lets say if i bottom out or sumthing(i sumtimes scrape a bit on speedbumps on campus...is the aftermarket Ypipe stronger than the factory or not? and if the flex section does get knocked up, how badly does that affect the pipe and if so, can i get just that replaced?

Yes, you can damage the flex section, but it shouldn't be hanging low enough to catch on a speedbump.
