Rate springs on a 1-10 Scale.

Some of us are working on a revision of the FAQs. Also, there are some threads related to springs that have good info, but others that are fairly contradictiry. Starting with stock springs as a "1" for sooftest, please rate other springs that you have OWNED OR RIDDEN IN only. Not what you have heard. Also, please list what struts were used, if you know. If there were strut problems that may have led to increased harshness, please do not cloud the water with posts about that particular ride. Thanks.

Here are the springs, and the BEST GUESS as to ride comfort from softest to most harsh. This is RIDE COMFORT/HARSHNESS only, not handling.

H&R

Eibach

B+G

I've had Eibachs & H&Rs on. If stock was 1, then I'd say Eibachs are 6 and H&Rs are 4. I've ridden in a car with Sprints and I'd say they are about 9.
