PIAA IONs are gay as ****. I ahve them right now and I hate them. What an incredible waste of 50 bucks.

If you want really really yellow fogs the only choice is the Hella Yellowstars available from

http://www.rallylights.com/

The Hella bulbs will blow constantly (if you get the 85's, haven't tried the 55's yet) but the lights will be yellow. I am going to order a bunch of them, I just have to decide if I want to try the 55's for more life and less risk of cracking a foglight lens (which I have done).

CRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!! ! I just looked and they don't have the H3 yellowstars there anymore. They were out last time I tried to get some, but I took a quick look a few days ago and must have not paid attention to the fact that they just have H4's and H1 now.

If anyone knows where I could get a hold of the H3 yellow stars, or if there is another/better way to get yellow fogs, let me know. I know someone mentioned painting the lenses a while ago...I've heard some ghetto stories about that but...

new vs. old Yellowstars

I can confirm what s2cmpugh wrote.
The newer Yellowstars (made in Korea) aren't bad for a 'white' bulb but they are nowhere near the yellow produced by the older versions(made in Germany).
IIRC it had something to do with the regulations on the material used to make the bulbs that yellow.
