Check Up Time

What should I do @ 50k, so far I got 2 problems, The Upstream o2 sensor and I need new Sparks,

So far on MT. Schedual

1. Tranny Fluid Flush Fill
2. Ignition Coils
3. Injector Clean

Any Other Suggestions

add air and fuel filter, check or change pvc valve, clean throttle body...
