Repeat question

Sup guys, I know this question has been asked numerous times but I wanted to get it clarified since i am doing it this week.

I just got my audio setup for now. I am going to leave in the stock BOSE for now and just put in a set of subs. I just got a pair of Diamond Audio m5's and a Rockford Fosgate Punch A2 amplifier along with a 1 Farad power cap. Since I am leaving in the stock bose I am going to have to convert the signals from the rear speakers in trunk to a converter then the amp. I just wanted to know from you guys how the sound quality is with a converter. I would have really prefered to have gotten a new head unit, however i know how each of the bose speakers is self amplified and will only work with the stock HU and I wont be replacing that until i can replace the rest of the speakers and pick up a couple component sets. So the real question I'am asking is how is the quality of the bass with this converter..
