Is it okay? I just pulled a knock sensor code from my ECU the other day. I have a knock sensor on order from courtesy but it isn't here yet. I want to know if I'm damaging my car in any way by driving slightly aggressively like I normally do.

note: I don't really notice a loss in power driving normally. I do notice it when going up a hill though. =(

 

Yes it is ok to drive with a bad knock sensor many people on the org do. Please realize however, that your car will lose a lot of low end power, and your MPG will suffer drastically.
