what did you use to cut it. I have attempted this twice and the first time I didnt heat it up enough and crack a little part of my tail light. The second time I used the oven and it worked great, but then i had trouble cutting. I have not been able to clear my tails and really want that look but I'm afraid to try once more and screw up my tails. What is the best way of cutting a piece that will fit flush?

i cut it with a craftsmen rotary tool, and i traced the shape onto the plastic by using the stock pieces (the red and amber part of the bottom) and then cutting it slightly big, and then trimming it down...you put the clear piec into the OUTSIDE lens, not hte part that has the bulbs in it...you just kinda jam it in, and its own pressure will hold it in there!...if you have more ?'s hit me up on aim
