300zx fuel filter on maxima?
title basically says it all:
i saw a post before that said they are the almost the same in size but the 300zx is just longer. is there any difference (ie. better filtering) or is it all just a myth?

I can understand why you wouldn't find it. Being expected to look through 2 FAQ with no search capability is a PITA.

I dont think the car will run right, it wont get the right fuel mixture.

...a little knowledge is a dangerous thing...
Using that logic, you could also adversely affect your mixture with a different sized fuel tank, too.

The size of the fuel filter in NO way effects the amount of fuel delivered to the engine.
It is controled by the fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, and injectors. The size of the filter only changes how long it will work effectivly.
