Rear Brake Shims order

Rear Brake Shims order
What is the correct order to use the shims on the rear pads? I am doing the rear brakes tomorrow and I want to know the correct order. The small shims go on the inner pad with the sensor or the outer pad?
The long ones go on the inner or the outer?
Last, There are large gold plates (Not the retaining springs that hold the pad to the caliper, but 2 large gold plated with spring clips on the end. Where do those fit in the equation?)
I test fitted them and it seems the small shim goes on the inner pad because the outer ones have these tabs on them that prevent the long shim from sitting flush to the pads.
It was nice of Nissan to provide moly lube and caliper grease. I wish they did that for my NX.
Thanks in advanced.
