Exhaust Options

Ok, I am looking to do some exhaust work. The cat NEEDS to be replaced to pass emmisions. I was thinking of the following options:

Budget Y-pipe, random tech highflow cat, and obx cat back

y-pipe, cat and just a muffler

ypipe, cat and nothing else

what is best for the wallet?(and a nice sound would also be appreciated)

Went with a warpspeed Y-pipe. RT cat and greddy cat back. It is little louder then I want but work very well. The y-pipe cat with a stock cat-back is what I would do if I had to do it again.
