EVAP control system/Flow

I recieved the cell code for EVAP control system/Flow (1,11). What does it mean how do I start to fix it.

i just fixed that code today....my evap cut valve was shot....that black circle orb thing under the hood(on 98's and up its different) cost me 50 bucks to replace it
