My car has set for about a week because my starter crapped out on me. I put a new starter in and now it wont turn over. It will sputter a little but never catches. Also I dont know if it has anything to do with it but it sat without a battery when it wasnt running and there is a buzzing coming from around the starter solenoid when I turn the key to accessory. I dont think its coming from the actual solenoid though. Im not sure if It was there before or not.. Any help would be much appriciated!

 

did you try to jump your battery??

 

take your battery to autozone and they will run a test on it, for free, to determine if has gone bad.

Its not the battery Ive already tried using a different one with no difference. Any more Ideas? Anyone? Maybe water got into my fuel somehow? Although I dont see how that could have happened. Damn this sucks Its just one thing after another

 

Whoops, I didnt give complete info in my first post. The starter does turn the engine it just wont turn over. Sorry 'bout that
