Part Numbers for ACT SETUP???

Are these Part numbers correct, Just want to make sure before I order. Is there anything else I need? Thanks.

I think there are some seals you should replace too while your at it.... have to look back for the part numbers though.

I am doing my conversion now at jeff's I ordered the ACT kit and they forgot to ship the Pilot Bearing: PB1012 Is this part needed ?? its only $5bux but will take few days to get here..
