First problem in 4 years!
Hi guys,
I have 1999 ES babe, last night it began giving me some suspension noise problems.
It comes from the right front side only (for now I guess), then it appears to be like a rubbery squeak.
It radiates inside the car and out. When I shake the car up and down while standing it sounds loud.
Do you thing it’s the stabilizer bar link, stabilizer bar itself or I am looking at some more complicated problems? The car is driven in the winter has 43.000 mils on it, plus I watch not to hit that many hole on those freaking Canadian roads.
Ok boyzzzzz, thanks in advance!
P.S. drive those beauties fast but safe, they are the best looking cars out there!

If its a rubbery squeaky noise, it might be what happened to my car. I found out that the strut mount had gone bad. I had to replace it on my right side then my left one went out a few months later.
One way that you can check if its the strut mount is by opening up the hood, then looking at the strut mount (located directly above the tire, its connect with the suspension and has three bolt). With the car on turn the wheel left and right. If a little "rubbery" piece starts to move around then thats your problem.

THANKS guys, you are being really helpful.
You know, I just went to see my sweet babe and the sound comes right from behind the front right wheel, I try to see if I can hear it with the hood up, wheels all the way left or right and if the strut mount rubbery piece is moving. No, the sound comes only from behind the wheel under the fenderwell liner and strut bar piece is secured. It sounds like a tree trunk when it really freaking cold up North (I am not sure if guys from California know how it sounds.)
But thanks, I’ll try to drive it for a bit and see if it will get worst.
