i want to know what type of tire spray/dressing works well to make tires look really new. i had this black magic, and it didn't really work that well. It as black until it rained..and when it dried the tires were a little on the red tint..luckily those were my old, bald tires hehe. i have new RE730s now and i want to keep them as shiny black as possible. thanks
There is a new Meguire's tire dressing. It's actually a paste and it works better than Black Magic. I forgot the name but in comes in a box with an applicator. It will last 3-4 weeks. While Black Magic only last 1 week.

try Castrol (in a purple bottle) That stuff I have noticed will outlast anything I have ever tried... It rained... my tires were still black not faded out...
IMHO using Westley's Bleche White cleaner first then Stoner's More Shine, Less Time is a real winning combination. Cleans, shines and lasts good too. The after the rain theory is going to have different results from different driver's

Have you tried Eagle One.. that works pretty good also. It's like a sylicone base product.. you just spray on and wipe.. So far it brings out the best shine i've seen.. But like every other one I tried it doesn't like the rain very well, but it won't make your tire red or anything like that..

POINT BLANK...Black Magic is the best Tire wet spray on the market. All you have to do is spray on and walk away. It is by far the best and most highly rated out of any Tire wet spray on the market. It is approximately 5 bucks a bottle.Originally posted by Ch12i5

I agree with the dude that said the Castrol in the purple bottle is good. I bought it at Autozone for about $5.50. Like they say, spray it on and walk away. It looks really good when you spray it on at lunch at work and then come out to some sweet looking tires on your way home!

Most of us look at the tires when we're done driving.. or whatever..
Next time after you spray your tires and drive around, take a look at your front fenders and such, you'll see little spots on the fender from the tire stuff flying off of it, after I spray that tire stuff on, I actually wipe it off with a rag to give it a uniform look.
