I ordered an Aluminum Gauge bezel off of ebay and I can't figure out how to install it on to my 97 Maxima SE. Can somebody please help me out with this?

Thanks,
Jarrett

You have to remove the whole dash. first remove the bottom panel right above the pedals and work your way up =)
follow the dir's on how to change the dash bulbs.

just make sure when you are removing the plastic lense that covers the gauges NOT to crack it. I split minne in tow spots trying to unclip it from the gauge pod. Its $35 brand new at Nissan!! I just bought a new piece to eliminate the small splits in it from me and all the scratchs all over it.

Did mine last week

Take your time. The only hard part was getting to the bolts that hold the steering column up. You need an extension. If that doesn't help take off the plastic cover immediately behind the steering wheel. This will give you more room. I believe there are 6 screws underneath. Might need skinny screwdriver to get to the screws. And like nymax said be careful with the plastic and MAKE SURE YOU DON'T TAMPER WITH THE GAUGE NEEDLES. For more info check out http://www.maximadriver.com and look in the how2 section. There are instructions on how to change your Guages. Just follow the first half.
