Remove overspray from body?

I painted my tails (96, stoopid ambers) and got some overspray on a couple of body panels. The red laquer is over my pearl white paint and I'd like to know the most effective/best/cheapest way to remove the pin-sized splatters. Anyone have some info for me? I heard that a clay bar will lift them right off.
Cheers,
Matt
