how do i find out if my 99 is a fed-spec or a cali-spec?

go to custommaxima.com and 99 parts under the performance options click on the cattman y pipe they sell and there will be sort of a blue print that will show you how to tell. it will depend on the number of plugs you have at the front of the engine
