hi, let me get to the question. i try to rotate my rear tires when it was jack up with the e-brake off. there is squeeking noise from the disc. i know this was mention before on how to make it stop squeeking. i hand turn the wheel and its makes the noise, also i put in new brakes but i dont think that is the problem. any suggestion would be great. thank you
