2 questions

1) how much would it cost normally to just have a big key mark (about 3 feet) on my trunk touched-up so that it matches the rest of the paint? would it be hard to get a perfect match with the rest of the car's paint?

2) i want to make it brighter inside my car when the two ceiling lights are on, a lot brighter. are there stronger bulbs i can use for the two little lights and if so where can i buy them, what are they called, and how much $$$

thanks guys!

Ya around 300 for hood paint sounds reasonable. Color matching is no problem but it depends where you go. Some places don't "match" the color persay - they just use your cars color code and use the stock paint. Like in my case it may not match perfectly due to an 8 year old paint job - but it is close enough that no one but me or you would notice cause we're freaks

Oh hya the bulbs - try a higher wattage bulb from the local autoparts store. Or maybe experiment with a different fixture from other cars - I am toying with the ol mustang chrome pointer light - its not too bright but at least I can point it at mustang owners to get them P-O'ed.

I used to LOVE that map light...

If you have pearl paint, matching it is much more difficult then
none-pearl paints...as for the lights, if you DO get higher-wattage
bulbs, be sure to check every so often to see if they get too hot.

can you check really quick how many watts they are? it should be engraved on the metal part.

sorry for the delay. The dome is 10 watts and the doors are 2.7. They came in a yellow package that say "extreme lights" on the front and blazer in the corner
