Hi: I was taking a turn and I put into 4th gear but the rpms were a little to slow to accelerate i was going i think about 25 so i popped it into 3rd and then i just felt a wrong vibration and took it out of gear quickly and stopped. Now even in neutral when i roll it still makes a hitting noise like something is rolling and hitting something like the walls of the tranny?

What could this be?, this is my only car and i need to drive it like asap.
