blew away acura

im on the highway goin to my girls house when i look over and see two punks in a roughly 97-98 acura integra staring me down. I heard his oversized coffee can exhaust and saw that he had a radar detector and figured Id put him to shame. HE pulls away not expectin a race and gets a few lengths ahead so i pull up about a minute later and flash the hazards he takes off but a second was all it took to blow this chump away. I gave him a wave when he passed as i slowed down to catch my exit. Another victory for the MAXIMA following!

whats so great about blowing away a 4cyl n e ways? tegs arent fast unless they are the itr or gs-r, in stock trim the gs-r can kiss our ***, but the itr is about equal, still u probably raced an ls which has what 140 hp? c'mon buddy

Even those new RSX Type-S's dont have much juice. VTEC is a joke.

they have some juice problem is most vtec drivers don't know how to drive their cars, they shift too late or too early

GSR would take us on the highway and responds very well to mods, and the LS with a grand in mods like gsr head, cams, boltons and such is good for high 14's with a good driver. and the integra type R would walk any stock or near stock auto or 5speed max if properly driven. people average between 14.4-14.7 stock with those. 200+ hp with a car that weighs about 300lbs less and great gearing for a 5speed equals bye bye max.

nice kill man, its always fun to run integras because you never know what to really expect.

nope, not the ITRs... they have 195HP stock and weights lighter, especially when V-TECs kicks in on hwy max will get owned.

i doubt the integra u raced is a GS-R/type-r...

Try racing an S2000 or even a Prelude w/ VTEC, then maybe you'll change your mind about VTEC.
