Whats the best amount to gap your spark plugs?

i think factory specs are something like 0.39-0.43
mine are set to 0.40

Thanx much, I got the Laser NGK Platinum 4 tip or something like that, they were gapped to 40 already but i was just checking, Ive got another question, @ 45k miles your supposed to get a new fuel filter and what else?

i think most things you have to change at the 60k mark

spark plugs, pcv valve, tranny fluid, fuel filter, cabin air filters

you should always recheck the gaps of the spark plugs, mine were all over the place. my friend helped me gap all of them to spec.

how do you gap a spark plug properly? is there a tool you use?

Its a little round thingwith numbers all around it and little hitches,

Anyways, this is my list so far for maintenance

1. Install Spark Plugs
2. Change Fuel Filter
3. Check that stupid Engine Light
4. New Tires
5. This is where you guys help me
