Replacing OEM Fog lights w/ Aftermarket ones

I have a couple questions.

1. If i want to sell my OEm fog lights, what do I have to sell with the housing itself?

2. I want to get a pair of projector fog lights to put in place of the OEM ones. What are some good ones?

3. What should I use to close the holes left by the OEM fog lights?

Thanks
