gently lift up on the bottom and see the little plastic thingy...pull it out (towards the front of the car) and pull the seat up...repeat for the other side.

the lower portion of the rear seat clips in, the clips are located at the legs of the left and right seats. there is a ring that pulls back and you lift the seat up and pull it out. the upper portion (seat back) is held in with 4 10mm bolts. once the lower portion of the seat is removed you can see 2 of the bolts located where the seat belt anchors to the chassis. they are holding down a long U-hook that holds the bottom of the seat in place. for the last 2 bolts pull down the armrest and lift the gray cover piece up and there are 2 more identical 10mm bolts. remove those and the upper portion is ready to be removed. on the back of the upper portion it is held in by 3 grooves...just lift upwards on the seat unhooking the 3 hooks. there is one on the left, middle and right of the seat. thats all. hope that helps you out.
